Thanks to your tremendous impact, we were able to achieve significant progress towards our mission of supporting those in need. Through your generous contributions, we were able to find a day care center that provides care and support to children and families in need, offering them a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. Additionally, we were able to renovate our masjid and kitchen, ensuring that we can provide a higher quality of service to our community members who rely on our services. Our volunteers are now better equipped to prepare and serve meals, and our masjid has been refurbished to provide a more welcoming and comfortable environment for all who enter its doors. Zakat literally  means abundance, enhancement, cleanliness and being pure. Zakat is an annual financial worship that an eligible Muslim gives to one of the eight classes determined by Allah, Zakat is one fortieth of their wealth year after year in order to abide with Allah’s command.
